“I went to Dr. Patel to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted. I spent the whole weekend in misery with one of them infected and aching and calling different oral surgeons to see who could get me in. Dr. Patel answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and got me in at 7:30am on Monday morning. I was TERRIFIED. Dr. Patel, Debbie & Joanna were all so lovely and reassuring. For the actual extractions, I felt ZERO pain, and It was over so much quicker than I expected. Felt only slight dull pain later that same afternoon and totally painless the day after. No swelling, bruising or secondary issues at all. After years of putting this off, I will be going back to get the other 2 out after this positive experience. “I had a false tooth inserted into my mouth by Dr. Patel. He patiently explained how to place the tooth in my mouth. At first I had a hard time and one of the assistants patiently assisted me. Then Dr. Patel came back in the office and he showed me a procedure which helped me place and take the tooth out of my mouth.
I was so impressed that the staff spend nearly half hour assisting me. Dr. Patel and his staff were impressive.

“If I could rate a millions stars I would. I experience the most horrible toothache from a broken wisdom tooth over the weekend and I called about 45 total dentist office and could not find one to help me. I was literally going mad, haven’t slept for 2 days and I was only able to drink liquids. I ended up finding Dr. Patel and my first experience with him on the phone was amazing. He heard from my call that I was in extreme pain and recommended I take Tylenol and Aleve and scheduled my appointment for the next morning (all this was on a Sunday too can you believe that). I was so relieved I found someone to help me. Fast forward to the same night I haven’t slept in 2 days. I’m walking around pacing and I just called his phone at 2am and he answered. I was shocked but again so dazed by the pain I wasn’t really thinking he schedule and earlier appointment for 7:30 am and came in him and Debbie made a me feel so at home and I’ve never had such warmth ever especially not at a dentist office. He recommended I can save the tooth but I was in so much pain, I wanted it extracted. I’m so amazed at how wonderful him and his staff were to me and I will definitely be coming here in the future for all my care. I highly recommend his practice to anyone who needs help. “I went to Dr Patel for a 2nd opinion (well, more like 5th at this point!) for an ongoing issue after some work done elsewhere. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming and then you’re greeted by Dr Patel with his dazzling smile (though I assume he can’t work on himself but maybe he really is that good?!) He thoroughly listened to what has been going on and went over many possibilities to potentially rectify the issues. He went above and beyond to show me graphics and demonstrations, whipping out textbooks and drafting drawings. So much made sense and he raised points not brought up by several other dentists. It should also be noted that my temperature was taken at check-in as well as hand sanitizer dispensed so whether you still fear covid, rsv, flu, ebola, mad cow, etc or not, it made me think they take all measures of infection control very seriously which immediately put me at ease. My blood pressure and O2 sat was also taken, possibly the first time I’ve ever experienced that between my own dentists over the years and taking my parents to their appts. (In fact, my mother suffered a stroke upon leaving a dentist appt 1 yr ago. She was acting strange on the way home and when I checked her BP, I found it was, well, stroke level, and called an ambulance!) I can’t honestly vouch for his work as I haven’t decided what I’m going to do just yet but my 1st encounter with Dr Patel and his team instilled an incredible level of confidence going forward. Like so many others, I’ve had my own share of dental horror stories over the years so I was shocked at myself when I sat there giggling and telling the dental assistant that I was having so much fun! (No, there was no nitrous involved)”
